No matter the size of your party, the catering staff at Solomon’s Landing are specialized in bringing you the best quality food at the best possible prices with the very best in service and event coordination. There are several different kinds of catered events, and we can handle them all. From huge wedding receptions with full wait service, to a two-person dinner on the veranda of your private villa with a personal chef, there’s nothing that Solomon’s Landing can’t do.

Below we have various catering packages and menus to choose from. There are buffet style packages, which are prepared, cooked and served buffet style, without table service.  And there are also buffet style packages that come with ‘On-the-Spot’ preparation tables, where your guests can have a fresh quesadilla, deep-fried shrimp, or sweet-pastry churros (to name a few) made right in front of their eyes.

We also have plated packages available, which consist of a fixed menu with full table service. But the menu doesn’t have to be fixed. We also offer a plated dinner with full service where you can choose your own items for either a three- or four-course meal.

Then there’s our appetizer packages, open bar options, breakfast packages and all of our ‘On-the-Spot’ sushi items which turn your party into a Japanese ‘Matsuri,’ (Japanese for festival).
